Privacy Policy
Last updated August 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Punchkiss (“Punchkiss,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit punchkiss pages (the “Site”) and when Punchkiss uses its Meta (Facebook) app to create Facebook Pages and advertising campaigns. It is written for Meta App Review as well as for people who visit the Site. Related terms are in the Terms of Service.
Facebook / Meta app
Punchkiss operates a Meta (Facebook) app used only by Punchkiss to create and manage Facebook Pages and to create, manage, and publish advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. It is not a consumer product. Visitors to this Site cannot log in with Facebook through this app. The app does not request access to personal Facebook or Instagram accounts of people who see Punchkiss ads.
- App name
- Punchkiss
- App ID
- 2159522211583430
- Platform
- Meta — Facebook and Instagram
- Purpose
- Creating Punchkiss Facebook Pages and posting Punchkiss advertising campaigns only
What the app does
- Creates, edits, and manages Facebook Pages that Punchkiss administers.
- Creates, edits, pauses, and publishes ads and ad campaigns on Punchkiss-owned Meta ad accounts.
- Uploads advertising creative (images, copy, and related assets) that Punchkiss supplies.
- Reads Page, campaign, delivery, and performance metrics so Punchkiss can operate those Pages and campaigns.
What the app does not do
- It does not provide Facebook Login, social login, or any account connection for Site visitors.
- It does not post to personal Facebook profiles or Instagram accounts of people who are not Punchkiss.
- It does not read, store, or sell friends lists, photos, messages, or other personal profile data of Facebook or Instagram users.
- It does not message people on Messenger or Instagram Direct.
- It is not used to scrape, resell, or transfer Meta user data to data brokers, ad networks, or unrelated third parties.
Data the app may access
When a Punchkiss operator connects the app, Meta may provide identifiers and settings needed to run Punchkiss Pages and ads. That may include the operator’s Meta user identifier, names and IDs of Pages and businesses Punchkiss already administers or creates, ad account identifiers, Page settings, campaign and ad-set settings, creative assets Punchkiss uploads, and aggregate or ads-reporting metrics Meta provides.
Punchkiss uses that Platform data solely to create and operate its own Facebook Pages and advertising campaigns. Punchkiss does not use the app to build dossiers on people who see or click ads, beyond Meta’s standard ads tools. Punchkiss does not sell, license, or purchase Meta Platform data. Punchkiss does not transfer Platform data to an ad network, data broker, or other advertising or monetization-related service other than Meta itself. Punchkiss does not use Platform data to make eligibility decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, or similar determinations.
Use of the app is also subject to Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Commercial Terms, and Advertising Standards. Punchkiss may disconnect the app from Meta Business settings at any time. Page and campaign records remain in Meta according to Meta’s own retention rules.
Information we collect on the Site
Punchkiss publishes marketing pages. Some pages let you submit a form. Some pages measure visits and advertising results. We collect the following categories of information.
Information you provide
If you submit a form, we collect the email address and any first name or other fields you enter, plus the page and offer those fields relate to. You ask Punchkiss to contact you about that offer or guide. We store submissions so we can fulfill that request and operate the Site.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and the page path you viewed.
- A random session identifier stored in your browser’s session storage so events on one visit can be grouped.
- Advertising attribution values from the URL when present, such as campaign, ad, placement, and Facebook click identifiers (fbclid).
- Interaction events such as page views, clicks, button presses, scroll depth, and page-relative click or viewport positions used to understand how a page is used. These positions are percentages on the page layout. They are not GPS or precise geolocation.
- Affiliate click identifiers when a landing page is tied to an affiliate network, so a later purchase can be matched to the click that led to it.
Cookies and similar technology
Separate from the Page-and-campaign app above, the Site may set or read cookies and similar storage to measure advertising and keep a visit together.
- Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc) used with the Meta Pixel and Conversions API so browser and server events can be deduplicated.
- Session storage for a Punchkiss session identifier and, where used, the landing-page variant shown on that visit.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you do, some measurement may not work. Meta explains its own cookies and ads settings in Meta’s privacy policy and in Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site and Punchkiss pages.
- Send requested guides or follow-up about an offer you asked about.
- Measure visits, clicks, leads, and (where an affiliate network reports a sale) purchases so Punchkiss can run advertising.
- Create Facebook Pages and publish ads on Punchkiss ad accounts through the Meta app described above.
- Comply with law and enforce the Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Site visitor data to train general-purpose AI models.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Site and Punchkiss advertising:
- Meta. Event data (including hashed email or name when you submit a form, IP address, user agent, and Meta cookie identifiers) may be sent through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising. Page and campaign records created by the app live in Meta Ads Manager and Page settings.
- Hosting and storage. Site files, lead archives, and analytics events may be stored with cloud hosting and object-storage providers that process data on Punchkiss’s instructions.
- Affiliate networks and merchants. If you click through to a third-party offer, that merchant and its network receive the click and any purchase you complete on their checkout. Their privacy policies apply to that transaction. Punchkiss is not the merchant of record unless a checkout page says otherwise.
- Legal requests. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Punchkiss, users, or the public.
Retention
Lead submissions and analytics events are kept as long as needed to operate advertising, fulfill a request you made, debug the Site, and meet legal obligations, then deleted or archived in ordinary course. Meta stores Page, campaign, and ads-reporting data according to Meta’s rules. Browser cookies such as _fbp typically last up to about 90 days unless you delete them sooner. Session identifiers last for the browser session.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information Punchkiss holds about you, including lead form submissions. Identify the email address you used and that the message is a privacy request. We may need to verify the request before acting. Deleting Punchkiss records does not delete copies Meta, an affiliate network, or a merchant already received; use those companies’ tools for their copies.
If you are a Punchkiss operator who connected the Meta app, you can remove the app from Meta Business settings. That stops future Page and campaign actions through the app. Historical ads records remain in Meta until Meta deletes them.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, including the right to appeal a denial. Punchkiss will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
Children
The Site and the Meta app are not directed to children under 13, and Punchkiss does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
Punchkiss may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
